O quarto era espaçoso, confortavel, tudo bem arrumado, uma vista boa. Só achei estranho não ter nenhum kit de higiene, nada de alcool ou aqueles mini sabonetes, então se quiser lavar a mão tem que levar o seu. Fora isso não encontrei agua para vender no hotel o que me fez sair para comprar. A entrada do hotel é um pouco desorganizada e deixa a desejar na qualidade. Após a meia noite a recepção fica completamente no escuro e qualquer um pode entrar ou sair tranquilamente sem se identificar.

Ar condicionado não funciona direito apto 211, a menor temperatura 18 graus não condizia, estava mais quente dentro do quarto do que fora, nesta regulagem a temperatura parecia estar acima dos 22/24 graus, a própria ventilação do ar muito fraca quase não circulava.

o que mais gostei foi a praticidade em realizar a locação, a limpeza do ambiente, e tudo o que estava no anuncio estava no local na verdade até mais. o que menos gostei foi a recepção do hotel atendentes perdidos e não sabia auxiliar em nada.

não tenho nada a reclamar. atendimento muito bom dos funcionários, gentileza da gerente quanto quis negociar uma possibilidade de longa temporada e a limpeza não foi feita, mas porque aluguei o flat particular e não o do hotel.
