I didn’t like the hotel. The television wouldn’t turn off, the shower was dripping all night, and the sink was also dripping all night. The people who work cleaning the rooms make a lot of noise and drag furniture around. In other words, if you want to rest, do not come to this hotel.

Você paga por um quarto triplo, chega lá e só tem 1 toalha. Pede e não entregam. O estacionamento, para guardar seu carro, se confundem completamente, anotam o carro errado ou não anotam. 40 minutos para conseguir seu carro. As instalações estão precárias, caindo o reboco em todos os andares, necessitando de reforme urgente.

Quarto sujo, lençois e cobertor estavam sujos, travesseiros muito muito antigos, sujos, fedendo a suor e mofados (só servem para lixo). Após falar com a equipe, os lençóis e toalhas foram trocados por outros realmente limpos, que tinham chegado da lavanderia. Todos os travesseiros do hotel estão no mesmo estado ruim, pedi um cobertor para fazer de travesseiro. Equipe é educada, atenciosa e prestativa. A academia muito mais suja e sem equipamentos.

Requer manutenção (pelo menos o quarto 308).

Ar condicionado do quarto 308, com barulho insuportável, teto com teia de aranha, chão do box sujo, cama "king size" na verdade são 2 camas juntas, o q deixa vão na cama, péssimo isolamento acústico (o barulho da avenida entra todo no quarto), cortina curta, o que deixa iluminação indesejada entrar.
