「10/10 in every aspect. A surprise upgrade was such a lovely gesture and start to our trip.
Greeted with such a warm welcome unlike other established hotels in London.
Amazing with our toddler.
The breakfast was sensational. I would go especially for this at ABC kitchens.
A special mention to the young gentleman (apologies I can't remember his name) he was extremely helpful. Will return without a doubt. 」

「The Shangri-La at The Shard in London, staying in a room with an iconic view, offers a clear vista of the Tower Bridge and various important landmarks. The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.」

「We stayed for 2 nights in an executive room. Decor and furnishings were immaculate. Quality of fittings is very high end.
The whole hotel was spotless.
All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond.
Bar staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all.
The area is great for transport links all over the city, with the hotel being a 3 minute walk from Liverpool Street station.
