「This accommodation looked appealing on the website but was quite different when we arrived. Customers need to be aware that there is no front desk! You must receive a message by text/email for your entry code to the building and entry code to the lock box to access the key to your room. So many people stranded outside and we had to go through the process with them to help them access their room for the five days we were there. The elevator was not working so we had to carry luggage to the third...

「Very good experience , staff very helpful and very nice .spacious room, near city Centre in old town , a bit far away from krakow glowny train station. Have microwave oven , very convenient. 」

「Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.」

「The apartment was good, decent size room and was clean but had a few small issues. The shower was awful, way too hard and was painful to get under as the water from the shower head came too powerfully and even if I reduced the intensity it was still hard. Bed was comfy and communication from host was fine. My tv remote only had two buttons which worked which meant I couldn’t use the tv properly. Was fine for 1 night but wasn’t exceptional. decent to good」
