"Would be helpful if there was a luggage rack in the room and towel racks and hooks in the bathroom. Gave a rating of "good" because the coffee machine in the breakfast room was broken and the fan in the bathroom was loud, as if a helicopter was about to land. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable."

"The facilities do show their wear and tear a bit - but - the staff is unmatched in friendliness and willingness to help out in any situation. They consistently go above and beyond to make you feel at home away from home."

"Bugs in room, toilet had waste in it, linens were other than clean with I can only imagine they were cigarette burns, and then there was a kiosk for check in where the other individual was not a local."

"This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I requested a non-smoking room and when I arrived at the hotel lobby, the lady behind the desk was yelling at a customer on the phone and once she hung up, she started complaining about her boss who leaves her "crap" to do and then she decided to wait on me. I confirmed "twice" that the room was NS and she said yes. Once I got to the room, it smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigs in there and I immediately called the front desk and she said, well maybe you are smelling the room next to you and I said "no" this room absolutely stinks like smoke. I asked to be moved and she said she could not move me and I advised, I am not staying in this room and she offered to have someone "spray" the room and I said, nothing will get this smell out and I went back down to the lobby and gave her the key and she was yelling at me and said "we will tell expedia that we offered to spray your room so you will not get a refund", I said "I will be calling Expedia myself". As I was walking out the lobby, she was still yelling at me and I walked by a guy who apparently was going to spray the room and he had a can of Lysol. Also, one more thing, my BF went to use the restroom as soon as we got to the room and he told me there was feces left on the toilet... DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ! I also called Red Roof Inn Headquarters."

"The Hotel was very clean and the staff wonderful. Breakfast was also very good. "

"It’s what you would expect for a cheap stay. Nothing fancy but it wasn’t horrible. Beds were comfy. If you’re a light sleeper all the traffic and planes might be hard. Their was trees down blocking the side walk and I was told about a $50 security deposit that wouldn’t come out of my account unless their was an issue only for it to come out and then be refunded so just be aware of that "

"No hot water tv stayed frozen a whole entire stay they had to move his room because of the hot water wasn’t working. Staff barely spoke English and very rude."
