「This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, updated, and styled quite comfortably. We were attending a concert across the river in Cincinnati, and had no trouble driving or Ubering into town. The check-in process started off rocky, but was able to be resolved efficiently. I didn't have a number to call, but the rental company responded quickly to emails. I would definitely stay again.」

「Overall, the stay was disappointing except for the location. It may have been a decent place when it first opened, but it has clearly not been maintained at all. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the cleanliness was especially poor. There was dust and other people’s hair on the bed, so I requested a re-clean. However, I was told that cleaning had already been completed and that I could clean it myself if I wanted. This was supposed to be a trip to get away from household chores, yet I...
