"The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make us welcome and help with anything we needed. The 2 room suite was perfect for our situation. The hotel was clean but well used in some places. This is a good family and longer term stay hotel. "

"Pool was dirty, room did not have sheets/blankets for sofa bed. Sofa bed had sheets on from a previous guest and were dirty. When we asks front desk for sheets, they gave us very damp ones. "

"Hotel was as expected. It was just fine. I booked through a hotels.com I’ve always had a great room doing that but this time they put me on the main floor where there have been pets and I have allergies to pets. They didn’t seem to care they would not put me up to another floor. Unfortunately, we love the hotel. It will probably not return after the way we treated !! We go there every year, but I was just very disappointed this last year"

"The room was perfect! It was super comfy, the tv had youtube, netflix and prime video which was really nice and they also provided dishware (plates, bowls, etc.) as well as cookware (pots, pans, strainer bowl, etc.) The ac unit worked really well and we were able to customize the room temp to our liking in a matter of minutes. The fridge had lots of space which was a plus. I came here to relax and get away from life and this was exactly what I needed. Easy 10/10 as I def plan on coming here again. P.s. the breakfast was delicious! Eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, juice, milk and several toppings and sauces to choose from!"
