"The hotel is in a convenient location in downtown Glasgow. The rooms are very small, and having a window is an "upgrade". The common area in the lobby is very pleasant and well appointed. The staff are friendly. There is 5 p.m. wine and cheese each day, but you need to sign up as a member in advance. Breakfast buffet looked great, but is not included in the price of the room."
"Stayed twice for the quality and comfort and proximity in city center to Buchanan Bis station and central train station, subway. Very helpful and courteous staff, they held my bags while I went on a 3 day Highland tour, modern, clean, would recommend and stay again."
"Nice staff, rooms were very clean and place was quiet. Only thing that lets the place down was the food, pizza was like a loaf of bread, needed cooked more.
Ideal for going to the Hydro, decent atmosphere at the bar. Prices were alright. Obviously overcharge for rooms when an event is on like the rest of hospitality do. "
