"Hot tub was broken down. When we woke up a constant march of ants were crawling through a space near the window to the garbage can - when we maxe the front desk aware they shrugged and said "sorry." "

"Every time we come to the area 3-4 times a year, we stay here. The staff is GREAT, the rooms/pool are clean and the restaurant on site is great!!!"

"Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! Looks far worse than the pictures. Staff is non-existent, you have to call them and they drive over. The room itself was FILTHY, especially the bathroom which in no way was cleaned from whomever stayed last. Two tiny crappy pillows per queen bed. Broken fixtures, holes in walls, window broken and wouldn't lock, dirty towels, light bulb missing, tv barely worked, zero decor, dripping bathtub faucet, pubes in tub, blood on bathroom wall, I could go on and on. Avoid at all costs!!! They wouldn't provide a refund after check in, and wouldn't switch rooms. We left."
