「The hotel was in very convenient area and the staff was really helpful and kind. Enjoyed the dinner in roof top and the breakfast downstairs , also they arranged a driver to take us to old Cairo before heading to the airport. Yousef was excellent!」

「I liked that the view was amazing, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The short guy that was in the dining room during breakfast was amazing, I can’t remember his name. I liked the whole staff. Mario and his team. The website stated free hotel shuttle service, but I was charged $25. Very close to the pyramids.」

He has amazing customer service skills and really cares about the guest. If it wasn’t for him, we would have not survived. I trust him, and would return again. The food amazing. Restaurant is located in the roof. **Be advised, if you plan to get an UBER to the airport, UBER drivers will send you a message on the app and...
