We had a great time, the staff was wonderful the food was amazing. Do not miss the Egyptian breakfast, is very tasty. Everyone’s was very friendly and if we ever coming back definitely this will be our hotel. Tuvimos una estadía excelente, el personal muy amable y amistoso el desayuno delicioso y recomiendo el desayuno egipcio, cenamos en el hotel 3 noches y todo delicioso, recomiendo mucho la sopa de mariscos es excelente y también el cafe late muy bueno. La calle al hotel es como un callejón pero muy seguro, no teman q nosotros fuimos dos mujeres solas y no tuvimos ningun problema.

Quarto amplo, vista incrível para as pirâmides no restaurante, no sexto andar, funcionários atenciosos. O hotel providencia a contratação de guias exclusivos a um preço razoável. We got upgraded to a suite with a hot tub and couch. We actually switched rooms three times the first room had a nice balcony but no hot tub. The second room had a hot tub but no balcony and a semi abstracted view of the pyramids. The last room was great but had limited tv and WiFi service but excellent view of the pyramids. The staff Yessir, and Yusuf were amazing. They took us everywhere we needed to go and they great recommendations for local restaurants nearby. They also book all of the excursions directly, including airport transfer, makeup, guide. Overall, a great experience. I have complaints about the trip overall, but that’s more of a general issue and not specific to the hotel. If you are going to stay in a pyramid district, this would be a good choice.

El hotel tiene una maravillosa vista a las pirámides y el personal es excesivamente atento pero está en un rumbo que te da terror salir solo; a las 4am ponen una oración por altavoz los vecinos de enfrente y de los 12 días que estuve solo uno fueron a hacer la limpieza; nosotros teníamos que sacar nuestra propia basura y bajar a pedir toallas y papel de baño limpios. El restaurante del hotel es de lo peor. De hecho como siempre está cerrado ellos van a otros lugares a comprar comida que te traen pero a fuerza el pago debe ser en efectivo. El hotel ofrece un servicio muy completo de tours pero es con gente no profesional que no sabe bien la historia de los lugares a donde te llevan.

This is a hidden gem just a door ride away from the exit to the Pyramid complex (the side street that is on can be a little hard to find but Google maps should find Pyraking Pyramids View Hotel which would have got me three the first time). The hotel is newly renovated and a real bargain for the price. The staff was very friendly and were willing to help in whatever way they could. I loved the view of the sunset over the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant. I'll definitely plan on going back.

O hotel fica em uma rua estreita, pessoas fica assediando para você comprar, insistente em toda Gize, pegamos um quarto bom, com vista para piramides muito legal, era a melhor parte do hotel, o café muito fraco. Gize é lixo por toda parte, só devem ficar um dia, no máximo 2 dias, os outros dias fique no Cairo!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Beautiful view of the pyramids, very clean, spacious, big patio with a nice breakfast, so very comfortable. The staff were absolutely exceptional. The front desk workers went above and beyond in every way possible. Carried bags, answered questions, were super friendly and helpful our entire stay. They put in so much care and effort to make sure we had everything we need, took care of finding and ordering food for us, delivered right to our door. We felt so safe and cared for being two young girls and absolutely recommend this hotel. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much!

Had a really great stay here in Cairo. Dr. Sameh and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we booked, and you can genuinely feel that they care about their guests. The rooftop terrace overlooking the pyramids is absolutely beautiful and such a highlight. The rooms were spacious and modern. The only small downside was that the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but overall the service and experience more than made up for it. You really feel looked after here—would definitely recommend. Shukran!

This place is definitely not a 5 star hotel, the rooms are simple but clean, the food (breakfast) is simple but enough, but they have other qualities which you cannot find in luxury places, such as the friendly and very helpful staff and hotel owners. They are there for everything you need. On a side note, waking up to the view of pyramids at your window is priceless. We would like to thank the hotel owners, the staff and our guide Mr. Tarek for everything. If we ever go to Cairo again, this will be our first choice to stay.
