"Bed was broken , tiny tv , no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, 3 soap and conditioner dispensers mounted to the shower wall all empty , guy at the front desk not friendly at all at check in and a little creepy … never again will we stay there"

"A very clean and modern hotel. The room was spacious. Everything seemed new. The staff were always polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Gaylord."

"We had multiple rooms, and there were issues with all of them. Ants, dirty bedding, a clogged toilet upon check-in, no remotes for TV, cable out in one room, and no hot water for one of the nights of our stay (the property did refund 20 dollars of each room rate for that day). The staff was very friendly, but for the most part, unable to help us with our issues. There were some upgrades going on since our stay last year, so I feel like they are trying. Given these issues, we may not stay at this property in the future. "

"The location and facility itself was more than acceptable. The lodge is badly in need of maintenance and repair. It rained the night we stayed and we woke up to a flooded bathroom. The dining room was not open. The receptionist was not personable or accommodating. Questions were answered as if I was bothering her. Not a warm and friendly reception."
