"We checked in with Shari, and she was excellent! Very friendly and courteous! She had the answers to all of our questions, and even showed me how to navigate my IHG app! The blond lady at the desk next to her was also super friendly! The two girls in the morning were just as great. The hotel was super clean. And the room attendants were always smiling in the halls. Breakfast was really good! Something for everyone! We enjoyed our stay!"

"The breakfast menu was fine, however the dinner menu was extremely limited and had NO children menu. One of the rooms we booked had an overflowing toilet which spilled all over the bathroom. We were so disgusted that we left the hotel day early."

"We were on tne first floor and we could hear someone walking back and fourth above us basically the whole stay. Otherwise the hotel was clean enough and the workers were all friendly. "

"The property is well-located within walking distance of the downtown shopping and theater area, so it was a nice option for us. It was clean and in decent shape but it had a stale smell in the hallways and rooms. The breakfast was fine, offering the usual continental breakfast options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We called the front desk to report that the bathroom sink was clogged. The front desk employee brought up a plunger, which my husband tried to use, but it didn't help so we had to be moved. We were not able to move to a King room as we had booked, but were given a room with two queen beds. "
