環境舒適悠閒，房間幹凈，沒有冰箱，熱水大概一次只夠一人洗澡。

Good and nice hotel, kindly stuff and the food was soooo yummy

Amazing place!

We were looking for a comfortable hotel near Ijen. From check-in to departure, the staff was always there to make our stay perfect! Thank you for everything! The hotel, garden, and rooms are all tastefully decorated. The restaurant offers a varied menu (breakfast included). We also tried the private barbecue experience — definitely a big plus! We highly recommend this hotel! See you soon.

This was truly a 5 star hotel to stay. Everything was great.

Stayed here to scuba dive off Menjangan Island. Area is very quiet, I think people pretty much only stay here to scuba. When first driving up to resort it seemed odd that it was located off very poorly maintained dirt road. Overall though, resort very nice - multiple pools, restaurant and service very good.

Awesome spot, super helpful staff and a lot of cool people stay here. A big hiking and outdoorsy hostel. The staff goes above and beyond

This is a very interesting property….driving up the very narrow dirt road…we had the feeling that we made a wrong turn! Many private villas that compromise the resort….restaurants were exceptional- food and service outstanding and the spa was next-level!!! It was a bonus for us that we had one of only a handful of bungalows without a private pool….which meant we enjoyed nearly all to ourselves the 30 meter infinity edge pool with view of the sea and Java’s volcanoes ….was better than a private...

Amazing place surrounded by nature. Staff was fantastic. They all new who we were. They took good care of us and watched that we were happy. It is a lovely place. Food was excellent. The activities were amazing.

We loved staying at Plataran Menjagen. The beautiful Villa was extraordinary. The Eco-Friendly resort had every thing we had hoped for and more with monkeys and deer running around and coming close to our Villa. The Villa had a sand beach and lagoon. We had the lagoon and beach all to ourselves. The surrounding environment is gorgeous. Very clean and beautiful plants everywhere. A wonderful restaurant a few feet away from our Villa. The Spa therapists were incredible!!! Breakfast is...

Front desk staff among best we ever encountered. Helped us find driver so as to not miss our train since grab drivers non-responsive. Nicest hospitality ever had

Absolutely perfect stay. I did not want to leave. Breathtaking views. Wonderful staff. Plenty of local culture and interaction with neighbors. Excellent food. I will gladly return during my next visit to Bali. I cannot wait.

This was our second time staying in Batu Ampar Resort. The property is a 10-15 minutes walk from Pasir Putih Beach. The rooms are comfortable, the AC is cold, and the outdoor bathroom is a nice addition. The room was cleaned daily. The food is delicious, and the staff is absolutely lovely! We very much enjoyed our stay in Batu Ampar. Thank you all!
