The property had very nice grounds with a lovely pool looking out over the water. The superior garden room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the beach was not good for swimming but it was otherwise a very pleasant property.

Un très bel hôtel pour soit y séjourner ou s’y arrêter avant de se rendre à Bali. Il est situé à quelques enjambées du port et à 40min(si trafic) de l’aéroport.

Good but could be better

Hotel has a great pool. Rooms were clean but no grudges which they really do need and only one key per room, not practical when traveling as couple. Left with choice in the morning when going for walk of taking key but means no air con for my partner who is sleeping, leaving door ajar so I can get back in or waking him to get in. None of the options are acceptable and hotel refused to provide second key even if extra deposit left.

Good hotel near port but need improvements

This was our second stay at the hotel. Our last stay was last year and this year we were happy to find the hotel did huge renovations on their facilities which includes great swimming pool area (with infinity pool) and restaurant overlooking the beach. However, the food quality at the new restaurant was not as good as before. Breakfast was better before renovation. During dinner, our waiting time was very long (around 30 mins) for fried noodle and fried rice and the noodle tasted bland. We complained and the waitress offered us to change the menu. Since we didn’t want to change, she excluded the order from the bill, which we appreciated very much. Our second concern was the cleanliness. Room was clean in general, however there were few stains on the sheet. I asked housekeeping to change it and their response was quick. Third was the mattress. We stayed in twin rooms and one of the mattress’ spring had started to squeak. Overall, I like the hotel. Even though it is an older establishment, it has beautiful ground, felt homey and service from the staffs was great. I hope the management would pay attention to the issues above, not only invest and focusing on improving the physical look of the hotel but also the food quality and more importantly the room (e.g. mattress, sheets, towels, etc). Thank you

Heerlijke oase van rust. Wij zaten hier drie nachten, in combinatie met de Ijen tour. Het hotel bood alle faciliteiten om lekker tot rust te komen na de zware klim. Het restaurant was het enige minpunt. Dit lag met name aan de niet zo uitgebreide kaart en kleine porties. Wij zouden het hotel zeker aanraden.

No para Ijem, no podrás descansar

Fuimos para hacer noche antes de subir al Ijem, nos teníamos que levantar a la 1 h y tienen cena con música muy fuerte. Llame a recepción por no poder dormir y me dijeron que acabaría a las 9h. A las 9,15 h volví a llamar y me dijeron que como había muchas gente, la habían alargado pero que lo sentían. Acabo más tarde de las 10 h. Conclusión, si vas al Ijem no lo reserves q no dormirás

Bonne base pour Kawah Ijen

Cet hôtel est une super base pour se rendre au Kawah Ijen, ce que nous avons fait. Il est bien équipé, très beau avec son grand jardin et son coin piscine. Sa situation laisse toutefois à désirer car il n'y a rien dans les alentours, c'est pourquoi le considérer comme une base pour se rendre à l'Ijen est à prendre en compte. L'hôtel vous proposera des excursions organisées avec une agence, nous ne sommes toutefois pas passé par eux, du fait de leur prix prohibitifs et avons organisés seuls notre excursion au Kawah Ijen.

Très bonnes prestations

Chambres confortables et propres, personnel accueillant et disponible, restauration très correcte, bref un hôtel à recommander si vous êtes dans le secteur. Seul bémol, un emplacement un peu excentré, loin de tous services et une plage à proximité pas vraiment propre. Mieux vaut rester à la piscine !

Une agréable surprise et un hôtel sublime

Hôtel superbe dans un cadre botanique superbe, des chambres superbes et tres propres, le personnel est accueillant et d une grande qualité. Le petit déjeuner est hors norme en qualité et quantité. La piscine est propre, relax et serviettes proposées pour la baignade. La carte du midi et du soir est correcte et les prix sont dans la norme du pays.seul bémol la climatisation était en panne pour notre seule nuit, intervention du service technique après signalement.
