「We stayed for four nights in the beautiful bayside room. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with pro tips for what to do in the area that day, as well as the common rooms to hang out. The location is very convenient for walking to restaurants, the Jamestown harbor, and driving over to Newport. We are sad to leave and look forward to coming back.」

「We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe! From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests! 「They only had stairs as we needed an elevator We attempted to shorten our stay from 5 nights to two and the ow er refused So we left and were charged!!! They suggested moving us to 3 different rooms 2 different rooms each night on the 1st floor and the. Back upstairs? Made no sense.!!! They would have had plenty of time to rerent the room ?」

「The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the...
