「The pool was dirty, the shower didn't work, the beds were smaller than queens, and the noise from other guests was ridiculous.」

「We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Nice clean room, breakfast was typical for a continental, nice quiet area and very kind & helpful staff. The pool area was cute & clean. Housekeeping was in our room while we were gone which has never happened to me before therefore my husband threw out our alcoholic beverage for safety concerns.」
