Britannia Hotel Edinburgh
We booked this hotel as it was close to the city centre and provided (paid) parking. Our room was very clean but the decor within as well as throughout the hotel is very dated and could do with a freshen up. Breakfast can be added on for £12 per person. It was ok.

Apex Waterloo Place Hotel
We were in room 113 and it was horrible. I booked 10 months in advance and got the worst room in the place. The windows were painted over so we didn’t see the bin area that would have been our view.
