「The accomodations were perfect for what I needed! Getting a bed with a kitchenette too for the price is a steal. One note: the amount of messages from the property managers was kind of intense. I had multiple threads with multiple staff members on email, text, and Expedia, all sharing the same information. I definitely got what I needed, but I don't think I needed dozens of texts to tell me how to check in.」

「We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space). 「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」
