"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"Property advertises valet parking however this is not available, no parking in the area unless you have a local permit. There is only one parking garage nearby that was completely full so we spent over 2 hours trying to find overnight parking. Additionally that request that you hand in your key any time you leave the hotel which we found was strange. Other than that the hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The few restaurants that were in Atrani were great."

When we settled in our room, we got a knock on the door and were greeted with complimentary champagne. "This hotel is walkable from the main station and also has parking. The staff were excellent and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the ocean. The property has a wide range of breakfast options and is walkable from the city center. There was a school trip staying in the hotel during the same time, and they were very loud throughout the evening, night, and morning - including slamming doors and screaming in the hallways and breakfast room. The hotel is large and I would’ve preferred to have been given a room in a different area of the hotel, which may be outside of staff control. "
