"Everything was splendid. The only issue my husband and I had was the temperature in our room was hot. Because it’s not the summer, the A/C is controlled and couldn’t be turned on Cool. So the front desk suggested I open the balcony door and the room did get a lot cooler."

"We spent 2 months in Italy this was definitely our #1 in best property overall. The property was gorgeous. With a balcony over looking a sea view that was to die for Del, breathe taking. Everything worked well, and the husband carried my over seized suitcase up and back down at check out. The beach was just a short down with bars and restaurant all the way down a boardwalk. BUS STOP WAS JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY. Excellent property"

"Warning! Avoid this hotel Our stay was made hell by monstrously loud Friday night music till almost 1am. When l got out of bed to complain ..l wouldn't normally but the sound was so loud - l found other guests also begging the unhelpful front desk.man to do something about it. One poor lady was crying. He promised it would end at midnight. It didn't. When l went down again at almost one o'clock he denied the party music was still playing!! He also lied to my husband about it. Eventually l got his boss to get the sound down Clearly the hotel Makes it's money from parties not the poor suffering guests. But surely they could A. Employ kind polite staff who are not rude to customers And B . Invest in sound proofing for the deluxe rooms . It was a rotten experience . But the whole thing was hell The hotel was also in a poor location.and rather old fashioned. But "
