"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Gioberti. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always willing to help — especially Lorenzo, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly felt welcomed and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. It is close to the Termini and not a far walk from the attractions. "

"Room was immaculately clean. Staff were super helpful and really lovely. The location was great. My room did not match any of the pictures. It was very small and the bathroom was in a cupboard basically. I chose to find this hilarious and quirky. The hotel is on the fifth floor of a six storey building and there is only one very tiny very old lift that probably had 100 years of dust on the cables etc. Breakfast is served to your room every morning at a time of your choosing consisting of a croissant, orange juice and a hot beverage of your choice. Now I know that it might not sound like a 100% positive review but I wanted to be honest so people know what to expect. I would definitely stay here again, even in the same room because it is such good value for money and the very central location is incredible. But the main reason that would bring me back is the staff. Everyone was so lovely, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. They were superb!"

"The hotel was superb, the staff were superb, very accommodating and helpful, allowed us to leave our bags on checkout and check-in and the cleaners very thorough. We stayed in the room with the Sauna, the room was excellent and the sauna and shower excellent. The only issue we had (and this will depend on who else is staying in the hotel) but the walls and ceiling were very thin, and you can hear very clearly in the room the footsteps taken on the floor above as quite a noticeable this and so sleep was disturbed quite frequently. Still 5 stars as this is not the fault of the hotel, and we still had a superb time. The location is ideal too, a 10 minute walk from the Trevi fountain, and very easy to access all the major landmarks on foot. (We also recommend the "Limone" shop at the bottom of the street, the lemonade is to die for!)"

"Just checked out this morning. Nice room decor and clean. Beds were very comfy with nice pillows. Quiet at night. We stayed feb 01 to feb 08 and feb 13 for 1 night before flight home. We had breakfast included, which was very good. My only problem is that breafast ends at 10 on weekdays and when we are on vacation we like to take our time in am so it was a bit of a pain. My issue, not theirs. . We really liked the lobby, it was nice to sit there and have a coffee after a long day touring. One thing that really impressed me was that i got a phone call when i was at the airport going home, saying that i left some cash in my safe. It was too late for me to go back and it was only $35 but they called me to let me know. That was cool. Hubby wants me to rebook Doubletree next year, and i agree."
