「It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay.」

You can request extra towels or request new sheets (that you have to dress the bed with) but there is absolutely no cleaning service or garbage pickup. There is also no room service after early afternoon/lunch. For this to be considered a resort I felt the property overall LACKED. 「I like the room we have chosen the only bump was that pool wasn’t open - what wasn’t mentioned on a website. We traveled with 6 year old who was excited about swimming. If we knew about pool situation definitely would chose different hotel.」

「Pine Lake Resort is our go to hotel. They have the biggest and nicest pool of any hotel we have been to in the area. Unos pizza is excellent and attached to the hotel. Our favorite thing though is the staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Smit the front desk clerk is a wonderful young man, he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay.
