"When we got to the hotel we were told that there was none of the room we orderd and paid for, and give a different room with a smaller bed. It was very wierd cause we paid and reserved in advence and didnt get it when we arrived. Other than that it was nice stay."

"The customer service was top tier. The restaurant food was affordable and tasty. The location was great and accessible to area attractions, metro and shops. The hotel rate was affordable to be in a prime location. The hotel was missing two amenities. There were no microwaves in the entire building and no vending machines. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."
