「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Fran an employee who assists with breakfast service was awesome. First hotel breakfast of this type I can remember where the hotel had someone greeting guests and taking care of drinks. Beyond that her presence made my experience so much better. I was not expecting someone there so I did not have any cash to tip so I just wanted to say Thank You Fran!」
