Good but a bit old hotel
I stayed in Rasa Sayang Wing, more quiet than Garden Wing as family with kids usually stay in Garden Wing. Service in hotel restaurants are very slow as staff is not enough. Hotel service is so far so good. The private beach is only a small area. Have free shuttle bus to George town but only 4 times a day and it takes about 30 mins drive. Overall, it's a nice hotell for relax and leisure.

Overall satisfaction is ok. However, the services were generally too slow. It took more than 20 rings on the phone to get hold of the operator in a number of occasions. For one time, I had to hang up and re-rang. The calls were made in the evening around 9-11 pm. There were call, it never got return call from the front desk. I had to call back after waiting for more than 15 mins. Slow response in the restaurant for breakfast and afternoon tea. May be insufficient serving staff.

Relaxing and worth to go
Nice and relaxing environment. Staff is very helpful and polite. Excellent breakfast, delicious and many choices. Wonderful swimming pool, many trees as sunshades that u won't feel too much sunlight whenever at noon.
But the room is a bit old, drains in shower area easily blocked. A/C in 1 of our 3 rooms was freezing and the control did not work.

The air conditioning is not working well. There is no instruction to state that we need to lock the balcony door before we can turn the AC on. The housekeeping staff told us to do so but it doesn't work. In The end we need to push the door a bit towards right side. I think there is some problem with the sensor. Overall the hotel is good esp breakfast.
