「The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were nicely done. The hotel location is prime. The service was great. Brian was THE BEST. He was super helpful given us tips on the city. He also makes the best coffee in town. We had an amazing stay.」

「4 night stay in a comfortable and well appointed suite. Stayed in a suite on the 4th floor and found it to be spacious (family with 2 adults and 1 child) and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows and bedding. Especially appreciated the black out curtains and having access to a fridge and coffee/tea. We didn’t hear any noise and found the hotel to be charming with all the comforts that made it a great stay. They provided some personal empty items such as travel...

「Excellent boutique hotel very close to all the sights and activities. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Go Leafs Go.」

「Clean and spacious room. Just minor thing is to have a few more hooks for hanging clothesline and shower cap, Q tips … in the bathroom instead of asking the front desk. Staff is very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast to start the date, just hope for a little rotation every few days is good. Location is about 2 stop on Tram to water front area or 15-20 minutes walking. Would stay again.」

「It's at the center of city (in my opinion). It's very close to shopping area, restaurants, and subway station. There is a supermaket just at the corner. Very convenient, at a reasonable price. Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. 」

「Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! 」
