I traveled to Copenhagen solo and I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean and cozy, the rooms are beautiful and I felt so safe and comfortable there on my own. Great central location as well! Highly recommend!

Villa Copenhagen is wonderful and so close to so many transportation options. The hotel was 3 train stops from the airport and steps away from the metro and buses. It does get busy during commuting hours and there is some noise from Tivoli Gardens, so it’s lively but not suffocating. The rooms are not huge but are incredibly well designed and are very well maintained. Having the bakery downstairs was delightful as the pastries are warm and delicious in the morning. The pool and sauna are a nice addition to the hotel and are a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall we had a great time and the hotel was perfect for us as first time visitors to Copenhagen. We would stay here again and again.

The staff was very friendly. We asked twice to have our room door fixed so that the loose metal plate that surrounds the locking mechanism isn't hanging off. It was never fixed.

I had friends in town, a married couple, who drove into Copenhagen from the outskirts to spend the day with me. When I got to the hotel and invited them up to the room to hang and have a few drinks I was told only one guest could come to the room at a time. Instead, I had to come down to the lobby if I wanted to see them BOTH. I have never ever heard of that sort of policy in my life. We ended up in the lobby until 2am so that we could finish catching up. It was really awkward and incredibly frustrating. Apparently it was about the size of my room, and had my room been bigger, additional guests would've been allowed. Totally strange and inconvenient

great hotel.. the king room is in a small room.... only one luggage could be open .... the other person had a drawer at the foot of the bed you could put clothes in... across from the tracks of the central station... but not noisy... the sidewalks are very crowded with Tivioli Gardens so close... my beef is with the bike lanes, cobblestones, and parked bikes crowding the sidewalks.... 2nd floor pool, nice foyer with bar... great breakfast... everything first rate

The property is beautiful and clean but there is no five star service. No one to help you with bags when you arrive or to the room. No servers at breakfast, all self serve. I was surprised to see no staff around to help. I checked in at midnight and yet still had to wait to be checked in. I don’t think it should be classified as a 5 star. It felt more like a Marriott to me.
