「Good and clean room for stay for one night, shutter provide from hotel to cable car terminal and outlet mall is good and efficient, but if can increase frequency of shuttle and required to ensure for hotel customer take a ride is better. 」

「We selected the Scapes Hotel for our 2D1N Genting Highlands trip. Our deluxe room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. Having a car made it easy for us to get around and travel up and down the mountain.」

「云顶的5家酒店都造在一起，丽园算是离游乐场最远的，不过10分钟也能走到，算是方便。隔壁是一个变形金刚的展览，轰鸣的音乐晚上10点也不停，不好睡觉。酒店比较老旧，设施不完整，没有泳池，没有健身中心，客房居然连WiFi或者网线都没有，大堂也没有网络。只能到楼下的西式快餐点去点了一份套餐，上了一会儿网络。早餐额外算钱20马币一份，品种很少很少，不如自己出去吃。如果你就是主要来游乐场玩，把这里当作一个睡觉的地方那还可以。别的不要有太多期望了！」

「Overall experience was very great with Silaslee - 1) Room was clean, and towels were provided, toiletry were provided 2) Unit came with a very cool jacuzzi located at balcony 3) Unit included a Coway water machine, microwave, fridge and oven 4) Best of all is that the unit came with an automated mahjong machine 」

「Our stay at Antara by Sleeping Lion felt quite underwhelming for the price we paid. The residence is often promoted with a lot of hype, but the experience did not match the expectations. Since it is a residence and not a hotel, we did not receive services that we usually associate with this price range. There was no room service and no daily housekeeping. We had to call the staff just to get our trash collected, and trash bags were only provided after we asked. The attached mall is not fully...

「The Futon little bit dirty. Have a spot at futon. Then the water heater like some trouble at master bedroom .. Don't have a hot water if we get a shower. Have a window no curtain so i always wear a hijab cause outsider can see through the window to the living room. Overall is okay. My kids also like to stay there but must improve for furniture to make guest happy to stay. Also i can cook for my family. The receptions also good. Fast responsive. I will repeat again but please change the futon...
