「Wonderful hotel with incredible beach access, sun loungers on tiers jutting out over the water, sea views from the rooms, unbelievably delicious food at 2 dining areas overlooking the water, and a wonderful staff. My only thought is that the interior of the hotel itself could use a coat of paint—perhaps something lighter— and a little design refresh. But, truly, it’s really nothing when balanced against all of the positives that make this gem shine. Don’t hesitate—stay here!」

「Una notte per “staccare”. Hotel con piscina e vista bellissima. Disponed anche di una spiaggetta privata sotto il promontorio (a pagamento) piuttosto carina. Pur essendo una N cima al promontorio, se si è un minimo allenati, si puo Andare e venire a/da Arenzano a piedi. Hanno comunque un servizio navetta ed una piccola funicolare (che purtroppo, durante il mio soggiorno, era fuori servizio).」

「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「An excellent property, good location, we took a bus from the train station to property, then took a boat to Portofino. Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property.」
