"Nice hotel, only inconvenience is the parking which was not completely apparent upon booking. Please be advised the hotel is within a pedestrian area and it is about 500+ meters to the public parking facilities. With significant luggage it is a challenge with the uneven pedestrian corridors."

"Spacious, cool, clean, well-equipped apartment for 2 adults & 2 children, close to metro stop, aquarium, old town etc. No staff at front desk: We had to contact them a few times to arrange check-in after midnight, then for check-out no one returned our messages so we just left the keys on the living room table!"

"Superb location on middle age waterfront arcade easy walk to seafront attractions and the warren of streets in the old port behind. Superb facilities including for wheelchair users. laundry near. Helpful and professional staff plenty of free coffee and fruit from family orchard. Rear of building in slightly run down area but there are no problems. Good access to railway station and museums.15 min walk. Air conditioning good. Excellent!"

"The room was nice and clean and the location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and in the middle of the old city. Parking was a little far, only 10 minute walk but not ideal when you have luggage, but at least they give you parking options and a discount which was appreciated. Service was very good. I would stay here again."

"Hotel is in great location however getting there is little bit confusing. At first parking is completely different location ( which is understandable but I would like to know it before so I don't have to find temporary parking spot which is not easy, then find the hotel, then go to 4th floor, then go back to the car, then find the garage, then back to the hotel) Other than that it's clean and very nice space. Communication with front desk in English is kinda challenging."
