They did accommodate us to a different which our keys continued to fail at the door. I felt like they could have accommodated alot more for all the inconvenience."

"The suite was outstanding. Well equipped, very comfortable, clean, spacious and incredible views on our wrap around balcony. My only disappointment was the lack of privacy. Nothing stopping visitors walking onto our balcony, except from us blocking it off with chairs. Also (possibly unavoidable) was the amount of bird poop on the outside furniture. But I would absolutely stay again in cooler months. "
