「Our stay was lovely. The room was clean and spacious. We arrived early expecting to just leave our luggage, and the staff made accommodations to get us an early check-in. Breakfast was delicious, with sweets and savory options and fresh coffee. There was a bus to and from the airport with a station right outside the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience!」

「We always stay at Carlton when traveling from Dublin. Check-in was easy. We had two rooms. One was perfect; the second one which our traveling companions stayed in had mold in the bathroom shower. 」

「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space.
