「This hotel was very nice and clean. It has a gothic vibe which we loved! So different from the Hilton and Holiday Inn hotels! We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. I did not see an elevator so if you have mobility issues this needs to be considered and inquired with the staff in advance. It was located some 500m from downtown so it was a nice walk without being disruptive and far enough to not hear the noise at night. There is no on site parking but a reserved parking 2 blocks down,...

「The staff were pleasant, greeted guests as they arrived, answering all questions with a smile, rooms and common areas very clean, parking for all my friends was convenient and close to rooms. Only one thought - my friend had a permanent cell charger on her night table which was very convenient for an alarm etc. My room, I had to plug in my cell charger to the outlet at the coffee machine. A small inconvenience, and overall, I was very pleased with my room and the facilities! Thankyou」
