「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「The hotel is beautiful, period. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our air conditioner not working our first night, and was a little frustrated how long it took to get someone to look at it (request investigation five times), we then moved to the room next door and it was fine. Other than that the rooftop is gorgeous with great views and pool. We loved the artifacts on the first floor and the rooms were especially large (in comparison to Lisbon and Madrid)....
