「Location just above the Christmas market. Nice view of the mountain and the market. However, a bit far from the main station ~15 min walk and was noisy due to the market. Room is spacious. Cooking utensils in good condition.」

「Wichtig vorab! Dies ist kein Hotel sondern ein Aparthotel, bei der Buchung/Filterung ist dies nicht eindeutig und auch aus dem Namen „Resort“ lässt sich dies nicht ableiten. Zimmer war besenrein, beim Barfuß laufen hat man jedoch Krümel gespürt. Alles war modern und sehr hochwertig Küchegeräte von Miele und Siemens, sämtliche Küchenutensilien von WMF. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist eine reichhaltige Frühstücksbox welche morgens von der Tür steht. Etwas...

「The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys」

「Wir haben fast 2 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und haben es sehr genossen. Das plätschern des Bachs war sehr beruhigend beim Einschlafen und generell war es super ruhig. Due Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und hatte alles, was man braucht. Für uns Großstädter war einzig der tägliche Anstieg zur Unterkunft eine kleine Herausforderung. Für die Anreise würde ich ein Taxi empfehlen.」

「Beautiful location right by the lake. The apartment is tastefully furnished with great amenities, and the host’s communication was excellent. Plenty of fantastic food options nearby as well. The only minor downside was the kitchen lighting (a bit dim) and the number of unused light switches, which made it tricky to figure out which ones actually worked.」

「One-star review Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service. During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...

「Our room faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very hot. In addition, the window blinds didn't provide full blackout coverage, so the room became bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and frequently dropped out.」
