「I love the location of this hotel. I’m able to walk along the Riverwalk. The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is that our shower/tub trained very slowly when ever we showered.」

「The room was lovely. Super spacious with a view over the pool and a nice, filling complimentary breakfast. The day staff were awesome. However, the night receptionist was a little shabby and off-hand. When we asked for assistance with the lift as it wasn’t working, she wasn’t interested. My husband ended up climbing the fire stairs only to find paper wedged in the 2nd floor lift door which effectively shut it down.」
