"Spent 4 nights there in May 2024. First two nights in a queen room facing the road. The room had some traffic noise. Other nights in a king room facing the pool. The king room was much nicer and larger compared to the queen room. There was no traffic noise either. The hotel was only about 20 minutes from LAX so it was very convenient. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good range of items. Gym was small but adequate....

"Well I wanted to have a bath & it ONLY has showers so that was a little disappointing. Also I was next to the wash room so always heard talking during business hours for the workers talking or having lunch. Other then that the front desk was so VERY kind"

"If you are planning to visit universal studio then this is the place to be. You can walk to the universal studio in 8 min. Shuttle runs every 15 min. View of the mountain from the room is amazing. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the stay a lot. Will stay here again."
