"Is my third time stayed with this hotel. I haven’t been here since 2018, i found that the staff is still great. But just found a bit depreciation of the room facilities and one thing I think is extremely inconvenient is no longer provide any of the amenities now not sure if it is under any law regulations?
If this is all because of environmental regulations, I find it really disappointing. I believe true progress means developing eco-friendly products without sacrificing convenience and usability, rather than just using 'sustainability' as an excuse to provide absolutely nothing.
For example, if I’m staying for a few days and just need a cotton pad or two, but find out upon arrival that none are provided, I have to go out, find a local shop, and buy a huge pack. Sure, you could say I can just pack it and take it home, but when my luggage is tight and I want to save space for things that actually matter, I’ll inevitably have to sacrifice it and throw the whole pack away. That ends up being even less eco-friendly"
