"The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and on the 8th floor with a great view of Tianmu. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Bedside tables had power outlets for U.S. 3-prong plugs and USB power outlets. The WiFi signal in the hotel was strong and accessible everywhere — in the guest room, in the lobby, in the breakfast room, and even on the front patio where you could sit at tables while waiting for a taxi/Uber. The guest room had 6 different levels of lighting for brightness or darkness. The window had two vertically adjustable shades to either block out sunlight completely or allow different levels in. Guest room came with a small refrigerator, useful for storing sandwiches and beverages. Two convenience stores within one block of hotel (Family Mart and 7-Eleven). Guest room was cleaned and serviced daily, providing two large bottles of water and two snacks (Doritos, cookie) for free each day. Plug-in machine for quickly boiling water to easily pour into two mugs with instant coffee mix (sweetener and creamer already mixed in) and instant tea bags. TV had Chinese, English, French, and Japanese channels, as well as several free English-language movie channels. Western toilet, walk-in shower, magnified mirror. Polite and extremely helpful staff. Hot breakfast buffet for 300 NT ($10 U.S.) is excellent, 7am-10am daily. Scrambled eggs, chicken/pork, cooked vegetables, fried noodles, white rice, soups, salads, fruits, breads, cereals, juices, cappuccino, tea."
