"excellent service. we left 2 big lugguages a week before we check in and the staffs are very helpful to organize it for us. When we arrive, staffs took all of our luggages and has already put the 2 big lugguages in the room. everyone is so attentive and nice. Breakfast is great with both buffet and you can also order what you want. there is private onsen in the room. and the public onsen is really wonderful. I particuarlly like the onsen outdoor, it is not big, however, it is very unique and it feels like the onsen in japan. We also got a bottle of wine, desserts, lots of drinks and fruits to eat in the room. we really feel relax and welcome by the hotel. Also, you can get to Moon Moon restaurtant, thermal valley, Beitou museum within 5 to 7 min walk."
