"For a nice resort the staff is untrained and rude. Very slow and have to wait a long time, International travelers beware of language problems and delays due to misunderstanding. So many kids at resort that I would not recommend for couples! We got an ocean view suite and the room was pretty nice but a bit dated and not cleaned too well. Smelled like cleaning fluids. Good for one night I think but that's it!"

"The hotel is very big, well decorated and designed eco-friendly. The Room is very clean. Pool is very good designed pattern and looks so nice with blue tiles in the bottom of the pool. All the staffs in the hotel are very friendly, helpful, professional customer service. Speak excellent English and with smiling. The breakfast is awesome and have different varieties which can meet the need from different countries. Jenny gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do and places to see in Phu Quoc since it was our first time. The resort itself is beautiful with an infinity pool and a private beach! Included was a breakfast buffet every morning. My husband even went to the fitness center every day. We will be back in the future. Highly recommend!"

"Pools can be cleaner. Room cleaning and service was good. Friendly staff. Loved the Ocean view from our 5th floor room, and beach view from the beach pool, especially when sunsets. The Resort is beautiful and is centre to many places and walking distance to night market."
