We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is beautiful and it's right next to the beach. What else can you ask for? Breakfast was delicious with so many varieties from Western to several Asian countries. The hotel is near the local attractions and transportation to the area attractions are free. They also provide free airport transport. We recommend this hotel and would come back again next visit.

Wonderful hotel at Phu Choc Staying before at Premier Managed by Accor, this hotel is far better. Location, front office, room quality, food quality. The beach is too dirty and shallow for swimming at Premier but Radisson has an excellent one. We also stayed at beautiful villas at New World. If we come again we may prefer the villas at Radisson, beacuse of the beach and the location

While I was disappointed that the early check-in included in my booking was not honored and I was informed of the standard check-in time, I was pleased with the late check-out arrangement. The airport transfer service was very convenient. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, such as the night safari and casino, which were perfect for adults. Fantastisch hotel with great rooms at a great place. We like the rooms with a superb bed. a grat TV and a comfortable bath room. Breakfast is very good. The only negative aspekt is that there are too few sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach. At 9:30 a.m. all sunbeds were occupied. We do not understand this as there is of space at the beach and a 5 star chain like Radisson should be able to secure that every guest can enjoy his beach vacation!

The dining options and transit for getting Vinwonder was great. One thing I would like to say regret is shuttle from airport didn't wait for delayed flight at night so I had to take taxi at the airport even though I requested to arrange any car on the phone. Generally the pool and beach was great. The service, was pretty good but hard to communicate due to lack of English. It was also quite slow and sometimes we received the wrong items. All In all, it was a pleasant stay and very relaxing, but I suggest employing people that have grasp of English as this was the commonly spoken language for the majority of residents. Thanks 🙏

I booked this property for the size of the pool and proximity to the beach. My room was very large with a nice bathtub but unfortunately, there were no bath amenities such as salts to further enjoy. It was a considerable walk to the beach as you have to pass by all of the villas I did enjoy the breakfast buffet. That was one of the best buffets I have had since traveling in the past two months. I was disappointed that they did not have a spa on site and I would have to go offsite and wasn’t even provided a menu with services online or by paper when requested over the phone 2x. I was pleasantly surprised that grand world was so close and enjoyed going there for an evening for dinner. in room, dining food was average it is best to order Asian food from the menu versus western food. I would recommend this hotel for very large groups.

The hotel was not very child-friendly, despite the fact that there is a kids club (and that's mainly for toddlers). You were not allowed to play with a ball in the swimming pool and the lifeguards played more of a guard role. The dress code in the public areas created an unpleasant atmosphere and the hotel felt far too "formal" for a holiday accommodation, at least for a family. The hotel has only one restaurant (excluding the pool bar and the buffet restaurant), so we missed a variety of meals and especially local delicacies. Breakfast was excellent and more of a brunch! The room was clean and housekeeping, roomservice etc worked perfectly. Unfortunately on Hotels.com it says that the room "Suite, 1 bedroom" has a sofa bed (see the attached photo) and in reality it did not and we had to pay around 400USD more to get a bed though when we made the reservation, we were under the assumption that there was a sofa bed. Another unfortunate fact is that the hotel is located in a very unauthentic part of the island and the commotion and constant fireworks of the fake "Venice" built nearby are far from the authenticity of the island and the relaxed paradise island. Overall the hotel is clean and nice but cannot recommend it for a family holiday!

After traveling around SouthEast Asia for two months, I found myself in desperate need of some R&R. And the Raddison Blu fit that bill to a T. First off, Phu Quoc is a lovely little... um, "large" island in South Vietnam. Is it touristy and a little over the top? Why yes, but sometimes that's exactly what we need. Grand World is basically next door, a mock Venice, complete with river, Gondolas, and waterfront restaurants. It's cute and fun and the Raddison provides a golf cart to take you over and back basically anytime you like. In addition to Grand World, you have VinWonder - which is kind of like a miniature Disneyland. The aquarium there is gigantic and beautiful, and filled with abundant and diverse species of fish. There's also a massive Ferris Wheel, a water park, rides, games, etc... making for a fun day. A free local bus will pick you up and drop you off in front of the hotel, or take a $2 taxi. The real strength of the Raddison is the lovely staff, the peaceful pool, and the gorgeous white sand beach, all within a short walk of your room. They really go out of their way to make you enjoy your stay. So if you need a break from the grind of traveling, or are just looking for an amazing vacation, the Raddison Blu may be for you. The beds are super comfortable, they have plenty of English channels with movies, and their prices just can't be beat!

Staff seemed to be too busy on their phone many times in the restaurant and the front of the hotel Dr.. Multiple times they were just standing around talking to each other instead of helping guests open our doors and welcoming them back to the hotel. The surface in the restaurant was nonexistent as a didn’t offer any additional drinks or even acknowledge my existence two times we had breakfast. Multiple times employees were walking through the hallways and didn’t even acknowledge us as guests. Beautiful properly employee culture needs to change.
