The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is generally clean, but to make it truly excellent, the walls need painting, the furniture needs replacing, and the floor coverings need replacing. Galveston Beach Hotel
Staff was pleasant and responsive. The building itself terrible. Elevator worked maybe twice, down majority of our stay. Our room smelled like urine when we walked in, it was in the mattress and walls, vent loaded with dust, rust came out if the faucet.
