「Perfect 」

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「The property is beautiful. The restaurant waiters are the best!! On the lowlight, the shower’s hot water didn’t properly work, and the beach in front of the hotel was quite dirty. Overall we’d stay again at this hotel, but it’s a little bit overpriced.」

「Nice breakfast view , nice lounge bar , no complimentary bottle water in room . the spa is small and old ,guests using has to pay eur30 ,concierge attending at 4:00pm actually came at 5:00pm 」

「Arrived at the hotel, and the staff was exceptional. From the moment we got to the front desk, we were welcomed with warm smiles and accommodating service.. The property was gorgeous. Each meal was delicious. The room was exceptional with a view of the sea. The beach was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. Cappuccino in the morning on the front deck was one of our favorite things to do to start our day. This hotel did not disappoint. Sardinia is magnificent. The concierge was eager to...
