「Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I don’t quite satisfied with the room allocated to me. The hotel change another room for me immediately. Dining is very good. We have breakfast at the hotel every morning. We also had dinner one night at the hotel. Location is very good, close to central station and walking distance to all the major attractions.」

「This hotel is actually a student hotel. Location is good just near the Main station. There is a bar provide nice drinks even at mid-night. You can also refill water at the water machine for free.」

「The room was very clean and functional. The breakfast was really good, and varied each day with added options. There were two separate rooms with many options, and free espresso and cappuccino as well! The restaurant is good for a quick bite with a nice discount. Every staff member was beyond helpful. They were able to coordinate a taxi to the airport for us, which made it so much easier. The location is absolutely perfect. Walk right out into the best of old town Bologna! I hope to come again...

「Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.) The family room is upstairs from the other rooms, hence the wonderful view. Basic...

「The hotel is very easy to access from the Central Station. Despite its location, there is no noise from the street in the room. The room is very clean and the breakfast were excellent. Will stay again if visiting Bologna again. 」

「飯店大廳非常的明亮寬敞，辦理入住時因為我到達時離可check-in 時間還差了兩個小時，但他們卻可以提早辦理入住，當然這是在我的房間已清理準備好的房間情況下，但我還是非常感謝飯店的貼心服務！ 從火車站出來，即使拉著行李走到飯店也是不遠，只花快十分鐘的路程。飯店附近的餐廳也有中國菜，離公車站牌也是四分鐘，非常方便。飯店早餐我沒有享用，所以無法提供意見，我非常推薦這間飯店。」
