"Eddie and the other gentleman who works at the front desk were truly top tier. I was extremely distressed after missing my flight due to delayed connections, and I didn’t get to check in until after midnight. These two went above and beyond to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout my stay. Even the airport drop-off service was top tier. I really appreciate how they took care of me during a stressful situation. Eddie especially deserves a raise or some form of recognition for his outstanding customer service. Employees like these two truly make a difference!"
