Despite multiple families arriving at the same time, the GM ensured each guest received the same level of enthusiasm and care, never dismissing any questions. Later that evening, while spending time in the pool area, we observed the GM personally collecting used towels and restocking the area with fresh ones. This level of hands-on leadership and commitment to service was clearly reflected throughout the hotel. As a family that is typically very attentive to cleanliness, we were genuinely impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the property was. Shortly after 6:00 a.m. the following morning, we saw the GM return carrying several packages of bread and biscuits to replenish the breakfast area. Once again, she greeted us by name with the same warmth and attentiveness. Her leadership was evident in every interaction, as the entire staff mirrored her professionalism and hospitality."
