「A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too.」

「Hotel was welcoming, clean rooms. All staff was very pleasant.We had a room overlooking the Aqua garden (instead of a sea view). A very pleasant outlook. The swimming pool is a weird design, slopes in from all sides. Breakfast was buffet style, with a good selection. On the first evening, we dined in the Bonsai Pan Asian restaurant, although not run by the hotel, it is accessible through the hotel lobby. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the food was excellent but a bit pricey. 」

「A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. Room was spacious and again well appointed with all you need, tea/coffee making, flat screen tv, fridge with water snd plenty sockets/ USB charge points. Highly recommend.」

「Thia hotel was a perfect for our stay on the Isle of Man. The room was spacious( sea view) and the room had USB ports, grab bars and bathmat for the shower/bathtub, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the Promenade and close to bus stops.」

「The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good with different options. The hotel is a little bit far from the ferry pier, it takes about 25 mins to walk there. If you have luggage, you'd better call a taxi, the taxi fare is reasonable anyway. 」
