She’s the kind of employee you should make sure to retain. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. "

"Sandy at the front desk was exceptionally kind. She even tracked me down when I dropped my AirPods in the lobby. The room (199) was spacious and very, very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement is to add some healthy protein, like boiled eggs, to the breakfast options. Peanut butter would have been nice for toast."
